Our expert audiologists ensure your new hearing aids fit perfectly for maximum comfort and performance. Need help choosing the right device before you buy? Simply send us your audiogram. If you haven’t had a hearing test in the last six months, we can help you find a local provider.

Programming
After placing your order, we’ll email you a short medical questionnaire to complete and return. If we don’t already have your audiogram, we’ll request a copy — a clear photo of a hard copy works just fine. Our audiologists will carefully review your audiogram and questionnaire to ensure your chosen devices are the perfect match before programming them to your precise needs.

Remote Programming
Your hearing needs may change, and we’re here to adapt with you. Our audiologists can fine-tune and reprogram your hearing aids remotely using the free hearing aid app on your smartphone — no office visit required.

Receivers & Domes
To ensure a flawless fit, we’ll send instructions to help determine the correct receiver length for your ears. Your hearing aid pack will also include a variety of dome sizes, so you can choose the most comfortable option.
